WHY VISCOSE FROM BAMBOO YOU ASK?
Well, since you asked…some of you may have already read up on bamboo and now have a good command of the basics. For you guys and gals, we have volumes of information in our viscose from Bamboo Fabric section in case you are interested in drilling down a little further.
For those of you who just arrived here and don’t yet know about the amazing qualities that viscose from bamboo has to offer, let me start with this…bamboo is one of the more eco-friendly products that you will find. For starters, bamboo grows at an astonishing rate of up to 4 feet a day. I know it’s hard to believe. So, you can imagine that there is an abundance of it, primarily in Asia. It really is a very sustainable resource. In case you were wondering, the type of bamboo that is used for our products is not the same species that panda bears eat. There are hundreds of species of bamboo.
One of the other great things about bamboo is the fact that it is naturally antimicrobial and therefore does not require any pesticides or herbicides throughout it’s growth process.

Why?
We’re glad you asked! Because quite simply, they are softer, way more absorbent and wick moisture like an industrial fan. The truth is, we have yet to hear of anyone who does not prefer their Bamboo Bedding, Bamboo Towels or Bamboo Clothing to their old cotton products. The other truth is that it all comes down to people experiencing our bamboo products…once they do, they are sold. I equate it to the VHS to DVD progression that seemed to take so long. The bottom line was, once people finally tried the dvd players, they were sold, but it sure seemed to take awhile.
One of our goals is to try to help educate people on the “awesomeness” of Viscose from Bamboo Fabric. I can assure you that once you try any of our bamboo products you won’t go back to cotton, silk or Egyptian cotton fabrics.
