How to care for your new bamboo pillowcases
Machine wash cool water, gentle cycle, mild soap with similar colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Remove promptly. Steam iron low setting if desired.

These pillowcases are extremely soft. My husband even commented on how nice they feel. I also like how the pillow case folds around our pillow so the one end does not hang out. Great fit and color. I hope to get the sheets someday soon but for now they go great with our current sheets.

When I took my new pillowcases out of the packet, I was thrilled with how soft and silky they felt. However, after washing them per the instructions, I was shocked to find that they no longer had the silky feel and they had shrunk a great deal and came out very wrinkled.

I contacted your company regarding my dissatisfaction and was informed that there was a no return policy. Therefore, I am stuck with a horrible set of pillowcases that cost me $52, and which I'll never use, because I had to buy another set that met the criteria I was looking for.

I've been very unhappy with this entire transaction from start to finish. I had considered buying matching sheets, but that won't happen now.

How can you stay in business if you don't even attempt to make your customers happy?
